Great Party that Exceeded My Expectations

You did a super job for Linda's Surprise Birthday Party. The food and atmosphere were great. Barbara could not have done anything else as the party host to make things more enjoyable.

Both of you were true professionals yet everyone at the party commented on how personal you kept the party. Most of my guests thought we knew each other for years. Your staff knew just how to move things along. 

I have owned and operated several restaurants and catering establishments. I still own Fillmore's Tavern in Queens. I can be a tough customer and I can be hard to please. The party was everything that I hoped for and I wish everyone I dealt with in our industry were as professional and caring as you and your staff. You have made me a disciple of The Metropolitan.
